BioI have undertaken the challenge of writing my first series of fanfiction in five years, based around the character of Captain Hector Barbossa, the dashing, devious and delicious villain from the first Pirates of the Carribean movie: Curse of the Black Pearl.
The series takes place over the thirteen years preceding Curse and follows Barbossa's life both before and after the curse has taken hold, as seen through the eyes of a whore of Tortuga, a young woman named Evie, whom Barbossa visits on regular occasions. The series follows their encounters and relationship as it develops alongside Barbossa's own changes and experiences once the Curse is upon him.
Apart from just being a Barbossa fanfic, it is also an insight into the life of a whore of Tortuga and into her own character and personality.
It is LONG, it is HET, and it's A BIT RUDE.
It's also slightly cliched, fanciful and self-indulgent.
I hope that those who may stumble across this will read it and more, that they will enjoy it.
As for me... I am a full-time sex worker and sex worker activist here in Sydney, Australia. I work as a private escort by night and with a national sex worker organisation by day. I have a lovely boyfriend I call Daddy, a divine siamese kitten named Angilie, a beautiful apartment bedecked entirely in pink (my favourite colour) and a great mass of fabulous friends. I am a pole dancer and a Burlesque performer, with pole tricks and pastie-twirling being my favourite elements of any show. In addition to writing fiction, I also love to paint and bellydance. I just completed a Bachelor of Communication in Writing and Cultural studies which is why I can squeeze in some time to compose fanfic.
